*It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that grounds are cleared of clutter, furniture, and fixtures. It is ideal that trees, branches, cables, and any other possible blockages that may interfere with setup be taken into consideration.
*Backyard Tents LI reserves the right to cancel reservations for party tent rentals 24-48 hours in advance due to severe weather conditions.
*Delivery Fees may be applicable in accordance to delivery location.
*Once a setup has been completed, the customer may not move, tamper with, nor breakdown the equipment if not under the direction and/or permission of a Backyard Tents L.I. employee.
*Backyard Tents L.I. is not responsible for any injuries incurred by customer's and/or their guests due to either improper use of equipment, unsupervised or neglectful handling of equipment, and/or non-permissable actions performed in relation to the equipment. The customer agrees that he/she waives all rights to claims and/or pursuit of legal action against Backyard Tents L.I. and it's connected entities due to any damages or injuries that may be incurred by customers/guests and or property while the rental equipment is in possession of the customer.
*Customers may be charged fees if rental equipment is returned soiled and/or damaged, not including damages caused by natural events/weathering and acts of God.
*Costs may be incurred due to damage of rental equipment while in your care. The customer is responsible to pay for repairs and/or the full value of the damaged equipment that is unrepairable. **The customer is not responsible for damage to rental equipment induced by natural conditions.
*A 20% or $75 minimal Deposit is Required to lock in event date and is Non-Refundable.
